Full service public relations and communications agency Wrights has appointed Alexandra Factor as senior account director, strengthening the leadership team and building its impressive roster of clients and advisors.
Alexandra Factor joins the Wrights team from the Victoria Racing Club where she was corporate communications manager. Before that, she spent 12 years in radio, working as sports editor and newsreader at Melbourne radio station 3AW, and as a reporter and newsreader with ARN in Melbourne and Sydney.
Alexandra also worked as a media liaison for Paralympics Australia at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games.
“I’m delighted to be joining the Wrights team and look forward to bringing my skills and experience to the role and to making a positive impact on the team and our clients,” Alexandra said.
Wrights Managing Director Douglas Wright said when welcoming Alexandra to the agency he founded in 1988, that she would bring even greater depth and purpose to the agency’s strategic approach.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with her in the past and am excited to have her on Wrights’ senior leadership team.”
This year, Wrights has seen internal growth promoting Sarah Kmet and Nicole Panoutsos to account executives and conducting an extensive program to bring on new talent.
